Where can I add a gift wrap and a message?

During the checkout process you will be presented with gift wrap option, please click this and remember to use the gift message box provided to type your message.

Gift wrapping is free, and we are happy to wrap your order in as few parcels possible but regret that we cannot gift wrap large quantities of items from your order individually.

I received a discount voucher code. Where do I enter this?

Please enter your discount code in the "Coupon Code" box located directly under your list of items in the shopping cart, then select to redeem coupon.

How do I amend the quantity of items in my shopping cart?

Simply type in the correct quantity you would like and then click on the update button located towards the right of your basket.

Can I use my Gift Voucher online?

Yes, you can. Please key in your Voucher Code correctly.

Do you ship abroad and how much does it cost?

We currently do not ship outside of Singapore. We plan to ship abroad in near future.

What are your delivery charges? 

Delivery charges by standard local postage are as follows;

Below SGD$20 : $2

$20.01 to $50 : $3

$50.01 to $100 : $5

$100.01 and above : Free

How long will my order take to arrive?

For orders before 3pm, we will arrange for delivery the next working day. Approximately, delivery time for Singapore addresses are 3 to 5 working days.

Your signature is normally required on delivery of orders. We therefore recommend that parcels be sent to a work address where applicable (and convenient).

Is my order subject to GST or taxes?

No, you do not need to pay GST or any other taxes for Singapore delivery.

I live outside Singapore, can you deliver to me?

In the near future. Please note that deliveries to all countries outside Singapore may attract local import duty and sales taxes. These rules vary by country and are determined by your local government. Any additional duty or tax will be your responsibility.

Can I see or touch your products before buying them?

The true quality of our products are fully realised once you see, touch and use our products.

We are also so confident that you will love our products that we will accept all returns if you are not entirely satisfied. However, you have to pay for the return shipping.

Where are your products made?

We work with suppliers in Europe, US and China. We select our suppliers entirely on the quality of their craftsmanship. We really do search the world over for the very best products.

How will I know that you've received my order?

We will send you an email confirmation of your order, providing we have an accurate email address. This will include your order number and total order amount. If you do not receive email confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order online, please check your junk/spam folder, and if still no sign, please email us: admin1@privefinelinen.com

How soon after ordering will you despatch my product?

Goods are shipped upon payment. Actual delivery timing is dependent upon your location.

How do I know if my items are available or if they're out-of-stock?

We identify on the product page and again in the shopping basket pages if any items are out-of-stock.

In exceptional circumstances, should we go to ship your order and find the product is faulty or damaged and we do not have replacement stock, we will contact you via phone or email.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Visa Debit & Electron.


Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. We take credit card security very seriously. We use Paypal as our payment gateway.

When is my credit card charged?

Items are charged to you when you have placed an order.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

We want to make buying online easy and hassle-free, so we accept all return (within 7 days upon receipt) if you are not entirely satisfied. However, you have to pay for the return shipping.

I did not receive my product order, what should I do?
